Assembly

For many customers, it is rational to acquire assembled products instead of several components. In this case, we can provide efficient manual and automated assembly. For products requiring labour intensive assembly, we can moreover provide injection moulding as well as assembly in low cost countries.

Marking

We can tampo print, inkjet print, or laser engrave, directly onto plastic components. This can be done during injection moulding or in a subsequent step.

Injection moulding

Our modern machine park has a clamping force up to 500 tonnes, this enables plastic components from a few tenths of a gram up to a kilogram. The injection moulders are served by picking robots, making possible completely automatic production all day round.

We can also provide 2C injection moulding, this means products, formed from two different materials, can be injection moulded at one time.
