Product development – Inductive components
We have a proven development process. Our design engineers have wide experience in preparing solutions together with the customer that meet the customer's requirements and demands. The design work is performed in Solid Works where a 3D model of the product is created based on the customer’s specifications. Design verification, both mechanical,electrical and thermal, is done via FEM calculations. We also have in-house developed optimisation and calculation programs. Type tests (EN/IEC) are run on developed products for the purpose of ensuring that all customer requirements have been met before serial deliveries start. Heat run tests are conducted in our laboratory where we can also run impulse and partial-discharge tests.
