Each employee shall be given the opportunity to feel close to customers and thus always to do their utmost to provide quality work. Each employee shall ensure that faulty parts do not go further in the manufacturing. Tenders shall be well anchored in the manufacturing units.

The subcontractors to AQ Welded Structures are a significant part of the production and shall be quality assured. AQ Welded Structures requires that subcontractors develop their quality systems so they fulfil our requirements.

Developments in AQ Welded Structures shall be pursued based on the concept of continuous improvements.

All employees in AQ Welded Structures undertake to comply with this quality policy and to work to ensure it can be implemented in its entirety.

Environmental policy

Undertake the measures that are required to create a safe and healthy work environment, protect the environment, economize on energy and natural resources as well as prevent pollution. This shall be done by applying management routine suitable for the purpose and appropriate technology.

We shall comply with all applicable statutory requirements in order to take our social responsibility in all those places where we have operations.

Regularly evaluate our routines and methods so we take into consideration changed conditions and continuously improve our performance.

Work so employees, company management and our partners cooperate responsibly with the aim of caring for the environment as well as people's health and safety.
