Customer focus forms the basis for our quality assurance philosophy. To satisfy our customers, we provide them with the necessary information in time and in a professional manner. Maintaining and improving our competiveness requires continuous improvements in our methods and procedures.
Our management system documents the process and describes the methods, standards and guidelines. The management system is continuously assessed and improved as well as audited by internal and external experts.
AQ Wiring System's management system is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001 and IRIS.

Quality policy

We shall make sure we understand our customers' needs and expectations. These shall be satisfied through our commitment to quality in everything we do. Continuous improvements shall be pursued by the involvement and creativity of us all. We are guided by clear procedures and guidelines and we make use of statistical methods, as well as basing our decisions on facts in our aim of achieving undisrupted production.
Our products and service will accordingly be characterised by the highest standards of quality.

Environmental policy

Care for the environment, the internal as well as the external, is of the utmost importance for us and it must be considered in all activities in our company. We consider regulations and ordinances as the minimum level and we shall continuously work to reduce or prevent our environmental impact – from design to delivery. Based on this policy, general and detailed objectives shall be established, monitored and reviewed.
