We have a modern machine park with more than 75 injection moulding machines with a clamping force of between 25 and 1500 tonnes, enabling plastic components from a few tenths of a gram up to half a kilogram to be manufactured. The injection moulding machines are operated by picking robots enabling fully automatic production 24 hours a day. Production batches can vary from a few to one million components per annum. We process most structural plastics including PC, PA, PBT, PC/ABS, PP, ABS,TPE, TPU and POM, in addition to high performance plastics capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 200oC, e.g. PES, PEI and PEEK.
Our facilities are both modern and flexible. We use the latest material handling and ventilation systems. This is our guarantee of good quality.
Our machinery includes a number of 2K injection moulding machines. We have machines for robot transfer and for rotating tool halves using a rotary table. We are continually monitoring developments within new plastic materials.
Sales and production take place in Sweden at AQ Plast and AQ Holmbergs and production also at AQ Electric in Bulgaria.
