Variable Remuneration

A presentation of AQ Group's variable remuneration to senior executives as well as for each of the outstanding share and share price related incentive programs in accordance with the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the "Code") 10.3

In accordance with the Code 10.3 there is a general outline for AQ Group AB's variable remuneration to senior executives as well as for each of the outstanding share and share-related incentive programs. Senior executives refers to the CEO and other senior executives of the Company, see "Group Management".

AQ Group AB has no incentive programs. Variable remuneration to the AQ Group AB's management group consists of a variable cash (bonus). The AGM 2018 adopted the following principles for variable cash compensation: In addition to fixed salary, variable remuneration, when applicable, the remuneration shall be linked to predetermined and clearly set measurable target criteria contributing to the company's long term value creation. Remuneration shall be paid in cash or additional premium payments to pension insurance. The variable remuneration shall in aggregate monetary terms not exceed the base salary paid to the relevant officers. The Board may deviate from the guidelines in individual cases if there are special reasons for it.
